Patricia Tsai began to question the present chocolate culture after learning about its history: it was a valuable and sacred drink in ancient times. The chocolate made in her shop uses ingredients purchased from farmers with transparency in their production process, and her creation method involves stone-grinding as in ancient times. Working as a messenger of "real chocolate", Patricia warns us of the mass production/mass consumption model reliant on cacao beans that are made using child labor, and calls for a more sustainable chocolate culture.
